Migraine and temporomandibular disorder triggered by stress-induced bruxism: a case report

Migraine is the most common primary headache that associated with temporomandibular disorders (TMD) known as number of clinical problemsinvolving masticatory muscles, joint and structures. Bruxism may be considered an important factor initiation TMDand stress might contributory factor. This article aimed to discuss management migraine TMD patient stress-induced bruxism aprecipitating A 42-year-old male visited RSKGM FKGUI due throbbing pain, discomfort around ear face. Patient was diag-nosed myalgia based on DC/TMD no articular disorder according orofacial pain classification axis-1 following anxiety stress. stabilization appliance designed followed education, physical therapy management. It concluded treatment combination appliance, significantly improve patient’s condition lessen attack symptoms.
